INTRODUCTION

This website http://www.battershomes.co.uk (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Betters Homes. These are the terms and conditions which govern your use of the Site. In addition to these website terms of use, the following terms also constitute the whole agreement between you and Betters Homes:

  3. Any other terms and conditions Betters Homes provides to you from time to time.
You should always check these terms and conditions every time you visit the Site as Betters Homes may make changes to it from time to time without letting you know.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND ILLUSTRATIONS

Images used within the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may depict upgrade options for homes which may incur additional charges. You should refer to floor plan brochures or working drawings for specific details. Otherwise please feel to contact Betters Homes. Some images may also depict features not supplied by Betters Homes including but not limited to landscaping, pools, water features, window furnishings, fireplaces, wall furnishes and finishes, cladding, in built joinery, decorative lighting, décor, furniture and flat profile roof tiles (some of these items may be available at an additional cost, so please feel free to contact Betters Homes). Facade details such as entry doors, window sizing and placement may also vary between house types and sizes. Once again, you should refer to floor plan brochures or working drawings for specific details. Betters Homes reserves the right to vary floor plans, home specifications and prices without notice to you.

VARIATIONS AND ADVERTISED PRICING

You acknowledge and agree that:
  1. The advertised prices for homes may change as a result of variations to the inclusions or specifications required by you or any authority.
  2. Final costs, dimensions and inclusions may vary from the information provided on the Site and also may be varied by Betters Homes without notice.
  3. Betters Homes reserves the right to withdraw or vary any advertisement at any time without notice.
  4. Prices do not include stamp duty, legal fees or any other costs incurred with the purchase. You should obtain independent professional advice in relation to all costs that you may be expected to pay.

ERRORS

The Site displays a wide variety of information. Although Betters Homes uses it best endeavours to ensure that the information on its Site is correct, there may be times where errors or omissions have unfortunately been made and therefore Betters Homes does not warrant that the Site will be error-free. In that regard:
  1. Betters Homes reserves its right to correct any such errors or omissions without any claim being made against it; and
  2. you acknowledge that any reliance upon any advice, opinion, statement, advertisement, or other information displayed or distributed through the Site is at your sole risk and Betters Homes will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that results from the use of the information on the Site.

Although Betters Homes takes all steps to ensure the security and integrity of the Site, you agree that Betters Homes will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer by the use of the Site (including a linked website), any breakdown or interruption to the Site or the Site being hacked or otherwise being affected by any form of malicious virus or the data you receive from Betters Homes not being secure or virus-free.

You may make a single electronic copy or print a single copy of information contained within the Site for your personal use.

Betters Homes makes no representation about any website or content accessed through a link on the Site. The fact that the Site contains links to other websites does not constitute any endorsement by Betters Homes of that website or the products and services being offered through that website. You agree that Betters Homes will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer by the use of any website not maintained and controlled by Betters Homes.

Betters Homes may at any time, assign any of its rights or transfer by novation any of its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any person or persons by providing notice to you or otherwise publishing it on the Site. You cannot assign or transfer your obligations under these terms and conditions without prior written consent of Betters Homes.
